If you're wanting to play the likes of Half-Life Alyxon your Oculus Quest 2, you, unfortunately, cannot without a high-end gaming PC and a rather expensive cable, or through sideloading. If your game or application does not download, check the Not Installed section of your library, to see if the download is ongoing or if it has yet to begin.
It's also worth noting that you will need to input your payment method to buy games on the Oculus Quest, which we'd strongly recommend doing via the Oculus mobile app to save you any hassle in VR. The game should then start downloading on your Oculus Quest.
Once you have downloaded the app, select the Store icon at the bottom and get searching for the games you want and click on the price to buy it. If you don't fancy searching for games in VR, you can also download games via the Oculus app on your phone.
