Some users have said creating an account at IGN and then using that information to create a new Gamespy ID has helped as a quick fix for the login. We have seen the reported multiplayer login and endless looping problems from players. For anyone experiencing audio issues with the High Res Cut-scenes, we're aware of it and are currently working on a fix for that.
